New swell…nasty yesterday at Fistral very discouraging, was being crap and didn't get anywhere. So went to Tolcarne in the eve, smaller but clean and peaky. Quite a lot of hassly groms and the ed getting in the way!! But I caught a few good ones, another screamer of a left, I seem to be better on my backhand than forehand! Lovely evening, almost perfect…events conspired so the sesh didn't chill me quite as much as I wanted…

Most people aren't wearing gloves but I froze without, wuss. Heading out there again for a little lunchtime session, have to be quick as am leaving at 4 to go see The Streets, backstage free tix!! And tomorrow off, bliss…
